Hours And Scheduling

All spa sessions are available by appointment only, and performed between the hours of 10am and 8pm.

24 hour advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment.  If for any reason you cannot find your desired day and time, please call or text (913) 710-7024.


CANCELLATION POLICY

►24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment without exception. Any balance due must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

No-shows.  Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals.  There is no grace period for late arrivals.  If you arrive late, your session may be canceled or shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

►You acknowledge: You have not had a fever 100° or above within the last 24 hours; have not experienced respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath; have not been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or coronavirus symptoms in the last 7 days; have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 30 days.  Please contact me directly if you are feeling ill.
